All Dr Deb Roberts yoga programs are thoughtfully planned, but no responsibility will be taken for any injuries incurred during practice.

It is essential that you retain full responsibility for your own physical and general well-being during yoga practice.

The golden rule is 'if it doesn't feel right then don't do it' and Dr Deb Roberts encourages you to stop if and when you need to.

Feel free to ask for assistance after the class. Dr Deb Roberts is more than happy to offer adjustments or alternatives. 

As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If you experience any pain or discomfort please listen to your body, adjust the posture or stop altogether.

Dr Deb Roberts encourages you to take good care of yourself by engaging in regular practice and deepening your awareness and understanding of your body and your self.
