Dr Deb Roberts works in many settings to promote self-care and community wellbeing .
She is proud to support the national Australian mental health support service Beyond Blue as an ambassador, speaker, and writer.
Deb has been the podcast host on the Mind Medicine Australia podcast for 2024 and produced over 30 interviews with people from all walks of life (international researchers, patients/clients, family members who have lost loved ones to suicide, government bureaucrats, private and public financial lenders, private and public providers, activists among others).
For 12 episodes across 2022-2023, she was engaged in a podcast, Soul Sisters, with her life-long friend of 50 years Katherine Holman. See Episode 1. Through these sessions, they discuss many topics related to age and stage of life, wellbeing, spirituality and synchronicities.
Deb presents to corporates, schools, families and individuals on a wide range of wellness topics that encompass decades of evidence-based studies, teaching, and consulting.
