Everyone needs a supportive and sanctioned break to rest and reset during a long work week.

Dr Deb Roberts provides Breathing Breaks to groups/corporates in person (Melbourne only) or online to support individuals and teams ‘rest to be their best’.

Breathing Breaks are booked as 30-min sessions and offer teams a calm 10-minute breathing meditation followed by a bespoke creative and philosophical reflection and question time.

Mindful Breathing Breaks have been scientifically proven to reduce blood pressure, stress and anxiety and to help people feel more calm, connected and centred. A positive and productive result for the body and the mind!
